Soccer Stars

The kids have been in soccer this spring. Here are their pictures. I think Ethan will continue playing but I dont think Audrey really enjoys it. I'm thinking I will try gymnastics for her next.

Christmas Decorating

we put up our christmas decorations and tree this weekend. so fun. its great to see the difference in the kids and decorating. audrey likes to put all the ornaments on the same spot on the tree and ethan thinks hanging an ornament on the tree means put it on the skirt below the tree :) it was so warm yesterday that audrey wanted to wear her bathing suit... here are some pictures-

Halloween 2011

This is the first year that the kids really understood what was going on. Audrey more so than ethan... but he still enjoyed the trick or treating. A few houses he told them he loved them :) they must have given him some really good candy. He would just yell 'treat!' sometimes too. we went to maybe 10 houses and that was plenty of candy for them. we went home and ethan went to bed and audrey stayed up and handed out candy with us. she loved it! the sugar had kicked in by then too- she was all amped up everytime someone came up. she did not want to go to bed because more trick or treaters might be coming to our house. Fun times...can't wait for next year.

He is the messiest lollipop eater I have ever seen, his whole costume is covered down the front...this was his one piece he had all night

this is a house in the neighborhood that goes all out

Pumpkin Patch Throw Down

It all started with this lovely green pumpkin that Ethan had and Audrey wanted...

Here is ethan proudly walking with his pumpkin...totally unaware of the attack about to happen...

first, the pumpkin falls on the ground

"you are not getting my unripe pumpkin!"

"oh yes I am!"

"got it"...with a little middle finger to the camera lady

"you $#%@^&!"
