Murphy is the name of the new puppy. I liked charlie better (to go with Linus and Peppermint Patty) but ryan said no. he is mean sometimes.
Murphy apparently cried all day yesterday my neighbor told me. so that is not good. luckily grammy and grampy stayed over last night after the pearl party and were able to keep him company today. cath went out this morning and he was crying and shivering in his dog house. poor baby.
linus is still not liking him at all. lucy and franklin and mindy came over yesterday and all seem to be okay with him. its just linus who hates him.

Murphy will have to be considered part of the Hunt family instead of the Brown if Ryan insists on not following the naming convention.
Don't worry about Linus. She'll learn to be more respectful to Murph when he grows to be 5x's as big as her! These things have a way of working themselves out. : )
